信息技术吸纳能力对信息系统成功的作用机理研究

Mechanism on Effect of Information Technology Absorptive Capacity upon Information System Success

提出信息技术（IT）吸纳能力的概念，指出IT吸纳能力是促进信息系统（IS）成功的重要因素。将IT吸纳能力划分为采纳能力、实施能力和融合能力三个维度，深入分析了它们对IS成功的作用机理。利用169家企业的调研数据，运用结构方程模型方法进行检验，结果发现IT吸纳能力的三个维度对Is成功都有正向影响，但各自的作用机理不同，并证明了IT融合能力对Is成功的影响力比采纳能力、实施能力大。结论说明企业要充分重视IT采纳和实施后如何促进信息技术与组织融合的问题。

This study proposed the concept of information technology （IT） absorptive capacity, and suggested that it is an important factor of information system （IS） success. IT absorptive capacity was divided into three dimensions： adoption capacity, implementation capacity and fusion capacity. The study analyzed the action mechanism of the three dimensions on IS success. Then it was tested using the data from questionnaire investigation of 169 enterprises by virtue of Structure Equation Model. The results indicated that all the three dimensions of IT absorptive capacity have positive effect on IS success, but the action is different. It revealed that the effect of infusion capacity is greater than that of adoption capacity and the one of implementation capacity. The conclusion demonstrates that enterprises should put emphasis on to how to promote information technology infusing into organization after the stages of adoption and implementation.
