摘要
目的:观察双歧三联活菌散剂联合蒙脱石散剂辅助蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效及安全性。方法:将120例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为观察组(58例)和对照组(62例),均采用传统蓝光治疗,连用3d;观察组在蓝光治疗基础上加服双歧三联活菌散剂(0.5g溶于温开水15mL中喂服,bid)和蒙脱石散剂(1.0g溶于10%葡萄糖溶液15mL中喂服,tid)治疗,连用5d。比较2组治疗前、后血清胆红素水平和黄疸持续时间,并比较临床疗效及不良反应。结果:2组治疗前血清胆红素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组日均胆红素下降值显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组黄疸持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论:双歧三联活菌散剂联合蒙脱石散剂辅助蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效显著优于单纯蓝光治疗,能加速胆红素分解和排泄,缩短黄疸持续时间,且安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of bifid triple bacterium and montmorillonite powder assisting blue-ray in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.METHODS:120 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were randomly divided into observation group(58 cases) and control group(62 cases).All patients got traditional treatment as blue-ray for 3 days.Observation group additionally got bifid triple bacterium(0.5 g dissolved in warm water 15 mL,bid) and montmorillonite powder(1.0 g dissolved in 10% glucose solution 15 mL,tid) for 5 days on the basis of traditional treatment.The levels of serum bilirubin and the jaundice duration before and after treatment were observed,and clinic effect and adverse drug reaction were compared between 2 groups.RESULTS:There was no significant difference of serum bilirubin levels between 2 group before treatment(P0.05),and the decreased of bilirubin levels in observation group was significantly higher than in than in control group after treatment(P0.05).The jaundice duration of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group(P0.05);the total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P0.01).No significant ADR was found in 2 groups during treatment.CONCLUSION:Bifid triple bacterium combined with montmorillonite powder assisting blue-ray in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia show obvious curative effect,compared with blue-ray alone.It can promote the metabolism and excretion of bilirubin,and shorten the jaundice duration with good safety.
