奥美沙坦与氯沙坦治疗高血压的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Olmesartan and Losartan in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的:系统评价奥美沙坦与氯沙坦治疗高血压的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普数据库(VIP)和万方数据库,纳入奥美沙坦与氯沙坦治疗高血压的随机对照试验(RCT),对纳入研究进行Jadad质量评分,对同质性结果进行合并分析。结果:纳入6项RCT,合计548例患者,其中高质量研究2篇。Meta分析结果显示,奥美沙坦与氯沙坦比较,降压有效性差异无统计学意义[OR=1.41,95%CI(0.92,2.14),P>0.05],安全性比较差异亦无统计学意义[OR=0.52,95%CI(0.25,1.10),P>0.05]。结论:奥美沙坦治疗高血压的有效性和安全性与氯沙坦无显著性差异。

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of olmesartan and losartan in the treatment of hypertension.METHODS:Retrieved from CNKI,VIP database and Wanfang database,randomized controlled trials(RCT) on olmesartan vs.losartan in the treatment of hypertension were included and comprehensively evaluated using Jadad scale.The homogeneity test and combined test were performed.RESULTS:A total of 6 RCT were involved,including 548 patients,and 2 studies were of high quality.Meta-analysis indicated that there was no statistical significance between olmesartan and losartan in effective rate(OR=1.41,95%CI(0.92,2.14),P>0.05),and no statistical significance was noted in safety(OR=0.55,95%CI(0.25,1.10),P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The efficacy and safety of olmesartan vs.losartan in the treatment of hypertension has no significant difference.
