我院舒血宁注射液致不良反应20例分析

Analysis of 20 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Shuxuening Injection in Our Hospital

目的:探讨舒血宁注射液所致不良反应(ADR)的一般规律及特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:对我院2009年6月-2011年10月临床各科室上报的20例舒血宁注射液ADR进行统计分析。结果:发生ADR的以中老年患者为主;以消化系统ADR最多,其次为皮肤及附件损害,但未见过敏性休克等严重ADR的报告。结论:舒血宁注射液的ADR与年龄等有关,临床应引起足够重视。

OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) induced by Shuxuening injection so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.METHODS:20 cases of ADR induced by Shuxuening injection reported by our hospital from Jun.2009 to Oct.2011 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Most of ADR occurred in middle-aged and elderly patients.The clinical manifestation of ADR mostly showed the digestive system harms,followed by lesion of skin and its appendants,But these was no serious ADR report such as anaphylactic shock.CONCLUSION:The ADRs induced by Shuxuening injection are related to age,more attention should be paid to it.
