摘要
文章基于组织网络结构视角,结合小世界网络相关理论和系统动力学对隐性知识扩散策略进行仿真和演化分析。仿真结果显示,组织提供较高水平的信任保障且采用知识势差优先的学习策略时,组织知识水平在极短时期内快速提升并且收敛,经过长期演化达到稳态时的组织知识均衡程度也最高。由此可知,有必要在组织内部淡化基于情感的个人信任,着力构建以制度为保障的组织信任来推动隐性知识在组织内部网络上的有效扩散。
From the perspective of the organizational network structure,this paper combines with the theory of small-world network and the system dynamics to simulate and make an evolutionary analysis of the strategies for tacit knowledge diffusion.The simulation results show that when the organization provides the higher-level trust guarantee and adopts the knowledge potential difference priority learning strategies,the level of organizational knowledge increases and converges quickly in a very short period,and the organizational knowledge equilibrium degree which reaches a steady state after a long-term evolution is the highest.Therefore,it’s necessary to dilute the personal trust based on emotion within the organization and strive to build the organizational trust guaranteed by the system so as to promote the effective diffusion of tacit knowledge within the organizational network.
