摘要
文章分析了知识的可表达性、复杂性和粘性等特性,对其特性影响知识交流效率的可能性进行探讨;通过问卷调查进行实证,结果表明知识特性对知识交流效率产生影响;在实证分析的基础上提出提升知识交流效率的建议。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of knowledge such as expressiveness,complexity and stickiness,and then discusses the probability of their influences on the efficiency of knowledge exchange.An empirical study is conducted through questionnaire survey.The results show that the characteristics of knowledge have influences on the efficiency of knowledge exchange.Based on the empirical analysis,the paper makes some suggestions for improving the efficiency of knowledge exchange.
