便携式血糖仪质量检测方法的实践

Practice of Quality Examination Method for Portable Blood Glucose Meter

目的探讨便捷式血糖仪检查结果与检验科生化仪检查结果的重合性,以及如何改进其质量控制方法来提高临床结果准确性。方法采用对照实验,对65例患者空腹血糖分别进行血糖仪常规指尖血检查(CB)、静脉全血检查(VB)与自动生化仪测得的静脉血浆(VP)作对照,并用统计法及差异分析法(Error Grid Analysis,EGA)进行相关性分析。结果血糖仪CB、VB检测结果与VP检测结果相互均无明显差异。结论便捷式血糖仪可用于患者血糖的床边监测,但必须建立完善的便捷式血糖仪质量控制体系,确保检测结果的准确可靠。

Objective To explore the coincidence between the test results of the portable blood glucose meter and the biochemical analyzer, and the methods of improving the quality control in order to raise the accuracy of clinical results. Methods Adopted control experiment, compared the results of finger tip blood test and vein blood test by glucometer with vein blood plasma by automatic biochemical analyzer among 65 fasting blood-glucose patients, and did correlation analysis using statistic law and error grid analysis. Results There was no statistically significant difference between the test result. Conclusion The portable blood glucose meter can be applied in point-of-care testing of diabetes patients. What＇s more, it should be based on perfect quality control system of the portable blood glucose meter, thus to make sure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
