摘要 目的解决磁导航心血管介入系统磁场辐射的问题。方法根据磁场分布设立警戒线、标志牌;手术用附属设备与磁体保持一定距离,必须靠近磁体的设备做防磁处理;对一些特殊病人,采取安全防范措施。结果仪器设备工作正常,病人安全,手术顺利。结论利用磁导航技术做心血管介入手术时,必须采取安全防范措施,做好磁场安全。 Objective To solve the problem of magnetic radiation in magnetic navigation assisted cardiovascular interventional system. Methods Cordons and denoters were set up according to magnetic field distribution. Accessory equipment in surgery were kept a certain distance away from the magnet, and the equipment that has to be close to magnet was shielded from the magnet. For some special patients, safety precautions were adopted. Results The equipment works normally, patients are safe and the operations are successful. Conclusion When the magnetic navigation technology is used to do a cardiovascular interventional surgery, safety precautions must be adopted for magnetic field security.
