Preliminary Evaluation of XS-800i Automatic Hematology Analyzer

目的了解XS-800i全自动血液分析仪的主要性能。方法按国际血液学标准委员会(ICSH)推荐的血液分析仪评价方案对主要参数作评价。结果 XS-800i的主要参数均在厂家允许范围内,白细胞五分类仪器法与显微镜镜检结果统计无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 XS-800i是一台性能良好的全自动血液分析仪,适于大中型医院门诊使用。

Objective To investigate the main performance of XS-800i automatic hematology analyzer. Methods According to the evaluation plan of the hematology analyzer recommended by International Council for Standardization in Hematology to evaluate the main parameters. Results The main parameters of XS-800i automatic hematology analyzer were all within the allowable ranges of the manufacturer. No significant difference existed between the results of 5-classification hematology analyzer detection of white blood cells and those of microscopic observation. Conclusion XS-800i automatic hematology analyzer performed excellently and was applicable to the outpatient departments of large and medium-sized hospitals.
