妇产科重症感染临床症状重,病情危急,进展迅速,进一步发展可致系统性炎症反应综合征,甚至多器官功能障碍综合征,危急生命。病原体以需氧菌和厌氧菌混合感染为主,应及时给予经验性广谱抗生素治疗,尤其应注意耐药菌株抗生素的选择,并积极改善患者一般状况,必要时手术干预。

Severe obstetric and gynecological infec- tions often have serious clinical symptoms and pro- gress rapidly. Systematic inflammatory response syn- drome, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and e- ven death may occur in severe case. Severe obstetric and gynecological infections are usually combined in- fections of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria. Empiric broad-spectrum antibiotic therapy should be given immediately. Appropriate antibiotic should be select- ed for those antibiotic resistant strains. Health condi- tion of those patients should be improved at meantime and surgical intervention should be given when nec- essary.
