对青年教员如何提高授课质量进行了总结,认为不仅要认真学习教育理论,还要充分备课、写好教案、熟悉教材内容,在课堂上运用多种教学方法,做到长期积累,虚心求教,相互学习,不断博采众家之长,切实提高青年教员的授课质量。

This paper the way of young faculties how to improve teaching quality. It believes that teacher should not only to seriously study the education theory, but also fully prepare lessons, write lesson plans, be familiar with the teaching materials and use various teaching methods in the class. We should do long-term accumulation, humbly ask for advice, learn from each other, and effective- ly improve the teaching quality of young faculties.
