摘要 基于案例的教学法是在传统教学模式基础上发展而来的一种实践教学方法。重庆医科大学附属口腔医院口腔内科学教研室在口腔医学本科生临床实习期间尝试开展案例教学法,通过与传统教学方法进行比较,发现案例教学法能激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生临床思维。同时,师资队伍的培养和考核方式的改革应与新的教学模式相适应,以充分发挥其优势。 CBL( Case-based learning)is a teaching method for clinical practice evolving from traditional teaching method. CBL teach- ing method was attempted during the clinical practice of undergraduates by department of oral medicine of the affiliated hospital of sto- matology, Chongqing medical university. Compared with traditional teaching method, CBL can activate the students' interest and clinical thinking. In addition, the training of teaching staff and the reform of testing mode should be carried out in accord with new teaching mode to take advantage of CBL.
