摘要
随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展,虚拟学习社区成为教师专业发展的重要空间和平台,虚拟学习社区中的教师团队学习使得教师超越时间和地域限制互相联系、互相学习、协作共进,是教师专业发展生态取向的重要途径。
With the rapid development of information and communications technology, virtual learning community becomes the impor- tant learning space and platform of teachers. Cooperative teams learning of teachers based on virtual community inevitably become im- portant supporting stage of ecological orientation of faculty development and an important way of intercommunication,learning and coop- eration between teachers without restriction of time and region.
