摘要
大学创新教学是旨在培养创新人才的教学模式,其特征是强调学生通过探究来学习。创新教学的三个基本要素为问题情境的创设、教师的激情投入和学生的热情参与。其中,问题情境的创设是核心,教师的激情投入是动力,而学生的热情参与则是目标。创新教学模式构建的基本原理在于使学习内容意义化,实施的根本策略在于激发教师的创造激情,而创造适宜的政策环境是推动大学创新教学有效开展的前提。
Innovative teaching in higher education institutions serves for the training of innovative talents and demands that student should learn through probing. It has three basic essentials, i.e. creation of problem-situation, devotion of teacher-enthusiasm and participation of student-passion, which plays the role of crux, drive and aim respectively. The principle of innovative teaching is to make learning meaningful; the essential strategy of practice is to inspire the teachers' enthusiasm; the premise of promoting effective learning in HEIs lies in the creation of an amicable policy environment.
