Progress on thermal sensitization of radiotherapy

摘要 该文综述了放疗联合热疗的肿瘤治疗方法中放疗热增敏作用的机制,从热物理作用、肿瘤微环境、蛋白分子变化等角度探讨了其作用原理,并对放疗热增敏方法的临床应用进展做了简单的概述。 This article reviewed heat induced radio-sensitization in radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia of tumors. Mechanism was discussed in aspects of thermal physics, tumor mieroenvironment, and molecularproteins. Progress of the principle and clinical application of thermal sensitization on radio- therapy were overviewed.
