北宋林特茶法改革与真宗朝的政治斗争密切相关,是北宋茶法改革演变过程中的一个环节,是为解决茶叶虚估之弊的第一次改革。但林特茶法改革从一开始就被丁谓集团利用,作为聚财手段,为其政治目的服务,是不彻底的改革。

The reform of tea policy carried out by Linte had a direct bearing on the political conflict during the reign of Zhen Zong.
