摘要
目的:分析不同状态下肺与空肠、回肠、结肠组织上的VIP、P物质、CCK表达差异,探讨肺与大肠的表里关系及它们之间的基础物质。方法:20只SD雌性大鼠随机分为正常组,低氧组,每组10只。低氧组大鼠给予每天8h低氧刺激,7天后取材。用放射免疫的方法测定两组大鼠肺、空肠、回肠、结肠组织的VIP、CCK及P物质的含量。结果:正常组大鼠的肺VIP、P物质及CCK与空肠组织VIP、P物质及CCK相比有明显差异(P<0.05),与回肠、结肠没有明显差异(P>0.05);低氧组大鼠的肺VIP、P物质及CCK与空肠相比也具有明显差异(P<0.05),与回肠、结肠组织相比没有明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:正常组大鼠肺与回肠、结肠没有差异,低氧组大鼠肺与回肠、结肠也没有差异。肺与大肠具有相表里关系。VIP、P物质及CCK是肺肠之间功能联系的物质基础。
Objective:To observe the contents of VIP,SP and CCK in lung and intestine in different states,analysis on the relationship and the base material between the lung and intestine was made.Methods:The rat model of low-O2 was established,8hs everyday,and then the rats were killed after 7 days.VIP,SP and CCK were measured with Radioimmunoassay.Result:There were no significant differences in the contents of VIP,SP and CCK in lung and intestine in different states.Conclusion:The lung and the large intestine are interior-exteriorly related.VIP,SP and CCK are the base material between the lung and intestine.
