三黄三仙汤对辐射诱发实验小鼠白细胞减少症的作用研究

Effect Study of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction on the Leucopenia in Mice with Radiation Injury

目的:探讨三黄三仙汤对Se-137辐射诱导小鼠白细胞减少症的疗效和机制。方法:85只清洁级ICR雄性小鼠随机取10只为正常组,余75只以Se-137为放射源复制白细胞减少症动物模型,建成后随机分为5组,分别为模型组、阳性对照组、中药小剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药大剂量组。观察各组的生存差异及存活小鼠的生活质量;各组存活小鼠第1、4、7、10天外周血WBC计数、第10天骨髓有核细胞计数(BMNC)及血清细胞因子GM-CSF水平。结果:中药组小鼠生活质量好于模型组及阳性对照组;中药各剂量组小鼠外周血WBC计数及骨髓有核细胞数与模型组比较有明显回升(P<0.05);中药小剂量组小鼠血清GM-CSF含量较模型组及阳性组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:三黄三仙汤治疗白细胞减少症有确切疗效,并且对减轻放疗毒副反应有一定作用。

Objective：To observe the effect and mechanism of Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction（SHSX）on leucopenia in mice with Se-137 radiation injury.Methods：10 mice were ramdomly chose from 85 mice as the normal control group,the remanent 75 mice were replicated the leucopenia models by Se-137 radiation injury,and then randomly divided into 5 groups：the model group,the positive control group,the high dose SHSX group,the middle dose SHSX group and the low dose SHSX group.The quality of life was observed,meanwhile,it was detected the quantity of WBC and BMNC as well as the expression of GM-CSF.Results：The SHSX groups＇ quality of life were better than the model group and the positive control group.WBC and BMNC increased in SHSX groups compared with the model group.The expression of GM-CSF increased in the low dose SHSX group compared with the model group and the positive control group.Conclusion：Sanhuang Sanxian Decoction has definite effect on the treatment of leucopenia and has certain effect on reducing radiation toxicity.
