摘要
从中风高危因素的发生和中医证候学研究,中风的临床证候学研究以及历代治疗学研究等角度论证从痰论证中风的重要性,认为从痰论治中风,注重痰浊的致病作用,更符合中医学治未病的思想,通过治痰治疗中风应引起重视。
The paper is based upon the pathogenesis and the TCM syndrome of risks for stroke and the TCM syndrome and historical therapeutic formula of stroke.It is proposed that the phlegm can be the key pathogenesis factor of stroke and the treatment of stroke from phlegm can be considered as the main principle of treatment.This accords with the preventive thought of diseases in TCM.Thus the treatment of stroke from phlegm should be highlighted.
