摘要
对拟建环氧丙烷装置的多个工艺方案,从技术经济的角度和各方案存在的主要风险进行了分析和阐述,并推荐适用可行的方案,帮助业主在工艺技术路线选择时进行正确的决策。
Several process schemes exist for the PO plant to be built in Shanghai, this paper is to analyze the economic index and the potential risk of each scheme. The most applicable scheme is recommended to help the client in decision making during scheme selection.
