摘要
目的探讨循证医学理念在影像学研究生临床技能训练中的应用。方法影像学研究生共106人,随机分为EBM组53名,采用循证医学教学,对照组53名,采用传统教学法。结果两组间对授课教师的评价、自身进步满意程度的比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间理论考试及病例阅片分析能力成绩比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论把循证医学理念和方法运用于影像医学研究生教学中,提高了学生分析、解决临床问题的能力,为研究生教学改革提供了一种新的模式。
Objective To study the application of evidence-based medicine (EBM) in clinical skills train- ing of graduate students of medical imageology. Methods A total of 106 graduate students of imageol- ogy were randomly divided into EBM group (n=53) and the control group (n=53) who were taught with the traditional teaching method. Results The two groups differed significantly in the teachers' e- valuation and the students' satisfaction of their own progress (P〈0. 01). They also differed signifi- cantly in the theoretical knowledge examination scores and case analysis ability (P〈0. 01). Conclu- sion Applying the concept and method of EBM in imageology teaching for graduates can greatly improve the students' ability to analyze and solve clinical problems and provide a new mode for graduate teaching reform.
