摘要
目的调查不同年级军医大学生学习动力的差异,为开展教育引导工作提供参考。方法通过自制问卷,以某军医大学为例,调查所有在校学员学习动力情况并进行年级间的比较。结果低年级学员学习动力来自自身前途(65.9%)、荣誉(19.2%)、学校浓厚的学习氛围(12.8%)、队干部或教员的鼓励(6.6%)的比例较高;高年级学员学习动力缺失的原因是"学校学风不好"(28.2%)和"学习成绩好坏与就业前景无关"(26.1%)的比例较高;高年级学员认为应采取的措施是改革教学制度(48.1%)、严格课堂纪律和考勤(29.8%)、提高奖学金金额(30.6%)等的比例较高。结论不同年级军医大学生学习动力来源、缺失的原因均有不同,低年级学员学习动力以外部动力为主。军医大学生学习动力的提升,需要学校、社会多方面的共同努力,营造良好校风、提高教学水平、建立优胜劣汰的用人机制。
Objective To survey the study impetus o{ military medical undergraduates of different grades so as to provide evidence for educational guidance. Methods By using self-administered questionnaire, we surveyed all students o{ a military medical university concerning their study impetus and compared the students of different grades. Results The percentages of impetus' sources of "bright future", "honor", "study atmosphere" and "encouragement" were lower among students of lower grades. The percentages of causes of lack of "poor study atmosphere" and "little correlation between mark and fu ture employment" were higher among students of higher grades. The percentages of approving of "a- meliorating teaching system", "intensifying classroom disciplines and reassuring class attendance" and "increasing the sum of scholarship" were higher among students of higher grades. Conclusion The sources and causes of lack of study impetus among students of different grades are different. Study impetus of lower grade students is mainly external. To promote study impetus of military medical un- dergraduates, the university and society should make joint efforts in creating a favorable university learning environment, improving teaching and establishing a competitive personnel selection system.
