摘要
为了进一步加强临床教学的规范化管理,培养出骨科创新型后备人才,通过引入临床路径的理念和方法开展临床教学工作。2年来的实践显示:临床路径在临床教学工作中合理应用,不仅为骨科临床教学提供了新的教学模式和理念,而且提高了学员全面分析、解决临床问题的能力。
The main objective of this study is to enhance standardized management of clinical teaching further and to culture more innovative backup of orthopedic surgeons. We evolve clinical teaching by introducing the concept of clinical pathways and methods. The practice of clinical pathways and meth- ods 2 years later showed that the work of clinical pathway in the reasonable application of clinical teaching, not only provided a new educational model and philosophy for orthopedic clinical teaching, but also strengthened the students comprehensive ability of analysing and solving clinical problems.
