摘要
目前传染病教学面临很多困境,特别是见习教学中病种不全、缺乏典型病例,严重影响教学质量。本文分析了传染病教学面临的困境有:传染病季节性、地域性差异导致见习病种不全;传染病疾病本身及疾病谱改变;教育资源不均衡及教科书的缺陷。之后提出了建立病例资料库对于传染病教学的意义:为教学提供素材;留存珍贵病例资料;病例库形式利于知识的传承和推广、利于医院知识管理、利于传染病教学的信息化、利于教学模式的改变,也利于提高教学水平,达到更好的教学效果。
Currently infectious disease teaching faces many difficulties as the lack of typical cases, this kind of problem are seriously affect the quality of teaching. This paper analysed the plight faced by the teaching of infectious diseases： infectious seasonal, regional differences in disease leading to student failure, infectious disease spectrum of the disease itself and change, educational resources are not balanced and textbooks＇ defects. Made after the establishment of a database of cases of infectious diseases for the teaching of meaning：for the teaching material, retained valuable clinical data, case da- tabase in the form conducive to the transmission of knowledge and promotion of conducive, conducive to the hospital knowledge management, information technology is conducive to the teaching of infec- tious diseases, is conducive to teaching patterns change, improve the teaching level, to achieve better teaching results.
