Negative Factors in Gynecological and Obstetric Practice and Countermeasures

从医学生自身、教师及管理、医疗环境和妇产科特殊性等角度分析了当前妇产科学临床教学中所面临的负面因素;提出了强调妇产科学的重要性、改进教学方法、加强管理及积极寻求政策支持等应对措施。

Clinical practice is an important stage in medical education. This paper discusses several neg- ative factors, including students, teachers and managers, medical environment, and specificity of ob- stetrics and gynecology, which may affect the quality of internship. The effective countermeasures consist of emphasizing the importance of obstetrics and gynecology, improving teaching methods, and enhancing management. In addition, the quality of internship will benefit from some adjustments in policies and laws.
