摘要
微格教学是提高教学技能的科学培训方法,在标准化病人的培训过程中,采用"微格教学"的形式,对实现标准化病人的培训目标,提高标准化病人培训质量具有较好的作用。
Microteaching is the scientific training system to improve the teaching skills. During the training of standard patient, the reasonable application of microteaching may effectively achieve the aim of training and can dramatically improve the quality of training.
