中西医结合治疗对80例慢性心力衰竭患者预后及生活质量影响的分析

Effect of combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on prognosis and life quality of 80 patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者预后及生活质量的影响。方法采用临床资料回顾性分析的方法,将于2008.12-2011.12在我院治疗的80例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机地均分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=40)采用西药加中药安慰剂疗法加以治疗,观察组(n=40)采用中西医结合治疗的方法进行治疗,并对二组患者的生活质量水平进行评价以及两组患者的心衰改善水平。结果对照组与观察组两组患者在治疗6周及12周心衰评分均不存在统计学差异(P>0.05);24周后,观察组心衰程度较对照组有了明显地改善(P<0.01);两组患者4周之内明尼苏达生活质量问卷(mlHFQ)评分对比不存在统计学差异(P>0.05),随着治疗时间的增大,到8周-24周时,观察组mlHFQ评分比对照组低,二者差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将中西医结合治疗的方法应用于慢性心力衰竭患者的治疗过程之中,可以大大降低患者住院率,24周时患者生活质量有了明显地改善与提高。

Objective To explore the effect of combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on the prognosis and life quality of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from December 2008 to December 2011. The patients were randomly divided into control group （n = 40） and experimental group （n = 40）. The control group received therapy with Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine placebo, and the experimental group received therapy using traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine. The two groups were compared with respect to life quality and improvement in heart failure. Results There were no significant differences between the two groups with respect to the improvement in heart failure after 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of treatment （P〉0.05）. However, after 24 weeks of treatment, the experimental group showed significant improvement in heart failure compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. The scores of Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire （mlHFQ） showed no significant difference between the two groups within 4 weeks of treatment （P〉0.05）. The scores of mlFHQ in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group from week 8 to week 24 （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The combined therapy with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine can significantly decrease admission rate and improve life quality after 24 weeks of treatment in patients with chronic heart failure.
