摘要
采用显微镜导线法对掺入甲酸钙的引气混凝土气孔结构的研究结果表明:对于SJ-2非离子型引气剂,甲酸钙会降低混凝土气泡的比表面积和含气量,增大气泡间距系数,对混凝土的气孔结构有不利作用,从而对混凝土抗冻性产生不利的影响;对于DH-9阴离子型引气剂,甲酸钙会增加混凝土气泡的比表面积和含气量,降低气泡间距系数,改善了混凝土的气孔结构,可以提高混凝土的抗冻性。
With the microscope wire method, the results on the study of air-entrained concrete pore structure mixed with Ca (HCOO)2 show that: For SJ-2, with the growth of the added content, Ca (HCOO)2 could reduce specific surface, and air content enhance spacing factor, and have deterioration on air-void system, so that it could have negative influence on the anti-frozen properties of concrete; For DH-9, with the growth of the added content, Ca(HCOO) 2 could increase specific surface, and air content, reduce spacing factor, and improve air-void system, so that it could have positive influence on the anti-frozen properties of concrete.
