摘要
实现交通的安全高效运行,离不开桥梁健康的有力支撑。针对目前绝大多数在役桥梁过劳而塌、未老先衰的严酷事实,主要从安全检测、健康诊断、维护保养和维修加固改造以及车辆限载等方面对桥梁健康及安全进行探讨分析,剖析控制桥梁在役安全与健康运行的若干技术问题,并就此提出有关桥梁健康与安全服役的管理新模式及若干建议。
Safety and efficient operation of traffic is inseparable from the powerful backup of bridge health . In connection with the stark reality that most of bridges in service collapsed by overwork and pr- esenile at present in our country, exploration and analysis on bridge safety are carried on in safety in- spections, health diagnosis, maintaining, maintenance and reinforcement and limit for tonnage of vehi- cles, ect. Not only analyze technical matters on controlling safety and healthy operation of in - the service of bridge, but also present new management pattern and suggestions on health and safety bridges in service.
