医生满意度测评对改善手术室护理工作的效果评价

目的探讨医生满意度测评对改善手术室护理工作的效果与体会。方法通过查询文献以及咨询医生的建议设计满意度测评表，并对采用医生满意度测评前后的医生满意度情况及23位护理人员的护理水平进行回顾性分析。结果采用医生满意度测评后医生对护理工作的满意度显著提高，护理人员的护理水平也有显著的提高。结论采用医生满意度测评有助于提高护理人员的业务水平，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect and experience of doctors＇ satisfaction degree evalua- tion on improvement of nursing in operation room. Methods The satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors was made by literature review and consulting the doctors for advices. The satisfaction degree of doc- tors and nursing level of 23 nurses were evaluated before and after the adoption of satisfaction degree evalu- ation table for doctors. Results After the adoption of satisfaction degree evaluation table for doctors, both satisfaction degree of doctors and nursing level of nurses increased. Conehlsions The application of sat- isfaction degree evaluation table for doctors contributes to increase the nursing level of nurses, which is worthy of wide application.
