本文通过美国、日本、前苏联与我国在学生体质测量与评价制度的对比 ;特别是从身体素质和运动能力的比较 ,来看出我国与上述国家的异同点 .对我国的体质测量与评价制度的完善及其实施 。

By comparison with the U.S.A.、Japan、the former Soviet Union in the students’ physique measurement and evaluation system,especially in physical quality and athletic ability,the article deals with the similarities and differences between China and the above countries and raises some rationalization proposals on the improvement and implement of the physique measurement and evaluation system.
