摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定白藜芦醇纳米乳凝胶中白藜芦醇的含量。方法:采用Diamond C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(60∶40);流速:0.8ml/min,检测波长:303nm。结果:白藜芦醇在1.96~9.82μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,低、中、高浓度(4.91、6.88、8.84μg/ml)白藜芦醇的回收率分别为(102.45±1.59)%、(102.71±1.05)%和(100.05±1.22)%(n=5)。3批样品中白藜芦醇的平均含量分别为标示量的(99.47±0.43)%、(99.05±0.84)%和(101.72±1.18)%(n=3)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,专属性强,重现性好,可用于白藜芦醇纳米乳凝胶中白藜芦醇的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of resveratrol content in resveratrol nanoemulsion gel. Methods:The separation was performed on Diamond C18 column(250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-water(60 : 40). The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 303 nm. Resuits:Resveratrol presented a good linearity in the range of 1.96-9.82μg/ml(r=0. 999 9). It had good precision,stability and reproducibility. The recovery rates of low,middle and high concentrations (4. 91,6. 88,8. 84 vg/ml) of resveratrol were (102. 45 ±1.59) %, ( 102. 71 ± 1.05) % and (100.05 ± 1.22)% (n = 5), respectively. The average contents of resveratrol in three batches of samples were (99.47±0.43) % ,(99.05±0.84) % and (101.72±1.18) %(n=3). Conclusion:It is an accurate,sensitive,selective and reproducible method for determination of resveratrol content in resveratrol nanoemulsion gel.
