Root Growth and Distribution of Different Types of Winter Wheat

不同类型小麦品种（系）根系生长发育、分布规律不同。高产多穗型中早熟品系９５ 中４４ 根系的最大量出现在４ 月５ 日拔节期，且衰退缓慢，到灌浆期又达到另一个高峰；矮秆多穗型品种周麦１３ 号根系最大量也出现在４ 月５ 日拔节期，而后迅速衰退，这是造成其籽粒灌浆差的主要原因；大穗型品系９３ 中６（３７ 系）的根系最大量则出现在５ 月４ 日扬花期（盛花期），衰退较缓慢。在四个不同时期，三个不同品种（系）根表面积变化趋势基本一致，最大值均在０～２０ ｃｍ 土层，以后随着土层的增加，表面积逐渐减小。９５ 中４４ 根系表面积最大值在５ 月２３ 日，达１３ ０００ ｍ ｍ ２ 左右；周麦１３ 号最大根系表面积在４ 月５ 日、５ 月４ 日，分别达１３ ５００ ｍ ｍ ２ 、１３ ０００ｍ ｍ ２ ；９３ 中６（３７ 系）最大根系表面积也在４ 月５ 日、５ 月４ 日，分别达１６ ５００ ｍ ｍ ２、１７ ０００ ｍ ｍ ２ 。根系直径的分布规律基本一致，表层直径大，中层直径较小，下层直径增大。

Root growth, development and distribution of different types of wheat showed varied. The root system of 95 Zhong44, which is a high yield, multiple ears, early middle maturity variety, reaches the peak period in the elongation stage and then slowly ageing, and occurred another peak in the filling period. The root system of Zhoumai 13 , a dwarf, multiple ears variety, reaches the peak in the elongation stage and then fast ageing, that lead to imperfect seeds. The root system of 93 Zhong6 with big ear reaches the peak in the anthesis period and slowly ageing since after.
