油菜素甾醇类物质对小麦孕穗期抗渍性的影响

Effect of Brassinosteroids on the Waterlogging Resistance of Wheat at Booting Stage

于小麦孕穗期渍水前后，采用适当浓度ＢＲ１２０ 或ＢＲ整株处理可明显减轻渍水伤害和产量损失，特别是与０．５％ 尿素和ＫＨ２ ＰＯ４ 配合施用，效果更佳。这可能与其增加了伤流量、主茎绿叶数、叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白质含量，提高了光合速率，增加了光合产物，延长了叶片功能期有关。

Treatment with BR120 or BR can obviously alleviate waterlogging injury and yield loss of wheat (Huamai 8) before and after waterlogging at booting stage. Especially, with addition of 0.5% urea and KH 2PO 4 better effects can be achieved. This could be related to their increasing wound flow 、the number of main stem green leaves、chlorophyll content and soluble protein content ,improving photosynthetic rate,increasing photosynthetic product and elongating leaf functional stage.
