目前,我国政府主导下的医疗服务支付机制,涉及了当今三大基本医疗保险中的基金筹集、支付方式决策与管理等诸多方面,发展过程中取得了一些成就,但也存在一些问题,急需从支付方式、管理方式和支付范围等方面进行改革。

At present, the government-led medical service payment mechanisms involve in the three basic medical insurance fund payment, decision-making and management and other aspects, the development process has obtained some achievements, but there are some problems. The paper thinks that medical service payment mechanism needs to reform in payment ways, managenent methods and payment ranye.
