摘要
热疗中热场 (比吸收率和温度 )分布形态是检验其装置优劣和能否获得较好疗效的主要依据 .借助于计算机图形学 ,用模拟计算方法来预测热区的 SAR和温度分布 ,以研究并优选加热场形态 ,对指导热疗装置的研制和临床热疗方案的选择有重要的实际意义 .本文仅以腔道肿瘤热疗和射频容性热疗为例 。
In the hyperthermic oncology,the heat distribution (SAR and temperature) patterns show the heating abilities of the hyperthermic applicators.Although the heat distribution patterns may be measured by experiments,it is not easy to do when the heating configuration is complex.However,it is easy to simulate the heating patterns by using the computer graphics.In the present paper,a series of the SAR and temperature distribution patterns are shown for illustrating the applications of computer graphics in hyperthermic oncology.It is helpful for the clinical applications.
