摘要
为更好地开展煤直接液化技术的专利和标准工作,对煤直接液化技术专利的申请量、申请人及申请技术领域分布进行了检索和分析;对我国煤直接液化技术国家标准、行业标准和企业技术标准的制修订情况进行了总结分析;建议加强煤直接液化核心技术和周边技术研发力度,加快完善专利布局,建立完善技术标准体系,推动专利和技术标准相结合。
In order to well conduct the patents and standards work of the coal direct liquefaction technology, the research and analysis was conducted on the application numbers, applicants and application technology area distribution of coal direct liquefaction technology pa- tents. A summarization and analysis was conducted on the preparation and revise conditions of the national standards, industrial standards and company technical standards of coal direction liquefaction technology in China. The paper proposed the research and development on the key technology and the periphery technology of coal direct liquefaction should be enhanced, the patents distribution should be conduc- ted, the technical standards system should be well established and the integration of the patents and technology standards should be pro- moted.
