摘要
利用正交实验对Al和Cr生成的金属间化合物增强铝基复合材料进行硬度测试,探究各因素、水平对铝的增强效果,并找出最优方案。结果表明,Al-Cr/Al复合材料通过机械搅拌铸造法能成功制备;复合材料的硬度得到显著提高,最高可增强241%;其影响因素的大小依次是铬含量、铬粉粒径、搅拌温度、搅拌时间;实验的最优方案:铬含量12%,搅拌温度915℃,搅拌时间4 min,铬粉粒径48μm。
The hardness of Al-based composite material enhanced with intermetallic compounds of AI and Cr was tested by orthogonal experiment to explore the enhancing effects of factors and levels in the preparation of composite material on propertyes and find out the best plan. The results show that, Al-Cr/Alcomposite materials can be successfully prepared by mechanical mixing casting method. The hardness of the composites is significantly improved, the maximum can be increased by 241%. The influencing factors are in the order of the chromium content, the size of chromium powder particle, the mixing temperature and stirring time. The optimal scheme of experiment is chrome content 12%, mixing temperature 915 ℃ stirring time 4 min and chrome powder particle size 48 μm.
