摘要
研究时效温度下等轴组织的变化,对组织中等轴α相含量、大小及条状α相含量、大小进行定量化分析。根据组织参数的变化规律解释了不同热处理参数下拉伸性能的变化。表明近α合金Ti6242S的组织与性能之间存在着定量关系。
The changes of equiaxed microstructure under aging heat treatment conditions were studied, and the microstructure parameters, which include the sizes and contents of equiaxed a phase and lamellar a phase were quantitatively analyzed. The tensile properties is explained by the variation of the microstructure parameters. The results show that a quantitative relationship of Ti6242S alloy near a exits between microstructure and tensile properties.
