摘要
在硅酸盐体系中,分别在不同的电压(450、500和550 V)下对4组试样进行不同时间(20、40、60和80 min)的微弧氧化实验,并结合试样生成膜层的厚度、硬度、耐蚀性能及SEM分析,探索不同电压和时间对Al-Cu系铸造合金表面微弧氧化陶瓷膜层的影响。结果表明,在550 V电压下,微弧氧化60 min时,材料表面获得最佳的微弧氧化膜层。
In santocel system, micro-arc oxidation experiments of the four groups of specimens were respectively conducted for different time (20, 40, 60 and 80 min) in each voltage of 450 V, 500 V and 550 V. Combined with thickness, hardness, corrosion resistance and SEM analysis of micro-arc oxidation coating on the samples, the impact of various voltage and time on micro-arc oxidation ceramic ,coating on Al-Cu cast alloy was explored. The results show that the best ceramic coating can be obtained on the surface of Al-Cu cast alloy under voltage 550 V for 60 min.
