摘要
构造一个三层的 BP网 ,提出一种铣削加工恒力控制方法 .该方法具有自组织、自适应能力强和精度高等特点 ,并可有效克服传统自适应控制中的模型失配问题 .对铣削加工中切深渐变和突变两种工况进行计算机仿真 .最后 。
In this paper a three layer BP neural network is generated to control the milling process.The presented control strategy is also good properties in self organization,adoption and high precision,and the problem of mismatch model which occurs in the adaptive control of milling process can be overcome.operations under two cutting conditions of slow and abrupt changes in cutting depth are simulated.At last,experiments prove is correctness and effectiveness.
