摘要
模壳焙烧炉是熔模铸造行业的一种重要热处理设备。大多数模壳焙烧炉仍然是传统的重质砖结构,耗能大,外表温度高。利用遮热板和轻质隔热材料,有效地降低了炉壳的外表温度,节约耗气量15%。发现仅用轻质隔热材料,外表降温不明显。2者同时混合使用,外表降温才显著。
Aimed at the problems of great energy consumption and high surface temperature of the traditional shell mold roasting furnace in investment casting industry, selecting both radiation shield plate and lightweight insulation material in the furnace shell structure can effectively reduce the surface temperature of the furnace shell, saving gas consumption 15%.
