武汉地区中老年干部健康体检结果分析

Health examination results of middle-aged and senile cadres in Wuhan city

目的全面了解武汉地区中老年干部的身体健康状况,分析在职中年干部及离退休老干部主要疾病谱及危险因素,为切实高效搞好中老年干部保健服务提供参考。方法对武汉地区在职及离退休中老年干部6911人次进行内外科、眼耳鼻喉专科、血液生化和肿瘤标记物、心电图、腹部B超、X线胸片等一系列体格检查,收集整理近4年的体检数据进行统计分析。结果近4年来,50%以上参检人员体检项目大于20项,脂肪肝、高血压、高脂血症、前列腺增生和囊肿以及冠心病是威胁武汉地区中老年干部健康的主要危险因素,其检出率分别达到26.28%、24.25%、16.44%、16.15%和11.71%。结论脂肪肝和高血压等为在职和离退休干部的最主要疾病,且其患病率逐年增加,应引起高度重视。建议加强在职干部的健康保健教育,加强体能锻炼,改善不良生活习惯,提倡健康生活方式,全面提高身体素质。

Objective To thoroughly understand the health status of middle - aged and senile cadres in Wuhan city, and to analyze the main disease spectrum and the risk factors of middle - aged in - service cadres and retired senile cadres in order to provide reference for the good health care service of this population. Methods There were 6,911 in - service and retired middle - aged and senile cadres who received medical examinations including the internal and external checkup, ENT specialist examination, blood biochemistry and tumor markers, electrocardiogram （ECG）, abdomen B - ultrasonography and chest X - ray film. The health examination data in the recent 4 years were collected and statistically analyzed. Results In the recent 4 years, more than half of the participants received over 20 items of physical examination. The major risk factors threatening the health of these subjects were fatty liver, hypertension,hyperlipoidemia, prostatic hyperplasia and cyst and coronary heart disease with the detection rates of 26.28% ,24.25%, 16.44%, 16.15 % and 11.71%, respectively. Conclusion Fatty liver and hypertension are the major diseases among the in - service and retired cadres, and the morbidity rate of those diseases is increasing year by year, which should be paid high attention. It is suggested that the health care education of in - service cadres should be strengthened and this population should strengthen the physical training and improve the unhealthy living habits. Healthy life style is advocated in order to enhance their physical quality.
