摘要 首次报道了 PL BT硅光电负阻器件及光控正弦波振荡器的初步研究结果 ,介绍了硅光电负阻器件 (PL BT) This paper reports the study on the Si PLBT device and photo controlled sine wave oscillators by using Si photo negaetive resistance device of the photo lambda bipolar transisitor.The characteristic of the PLBT is introduced.The photo controlled oscillator is experimentally analyzed and researched.
