摘要
上个世纪90年代美国未来学家、传媒学者尼葛洛庞帝所预言的"数字化生存"已经来临。随着网络在中国的快速发展,数字文化产业的崛起,不仅为人类提供了新的传播载体,创造了新的文化体验,也扩大了人们的交往范围,展现了更加丰富多彩的生活。作为一种新的产业形态,数字文化产业在蓬勃发展的同时,也面临着多头管理、效率低下、缺少法规、监管不力、技术落后、缺少品牌等问题,要改变这种状况,必须做好管理部门之间的协调,明确责、权、利;制定完善的法律法规,加大市场管理力度;加强核心技术和尖端产品的研发,打造自主品牌;做好科技创新与文化创新的相互融合,做大做强内容产业,传承和弘扬中国文化。
The era of "Being Digital" , predict by Negroponted has come. With the rapid development of Internet, the rise of dig- ital cultural industry not only provides people with new form of communication, but creates the new cultural experience, broadens peo- ple's communication circle and shows a more colorful life. As a new industrial form, digital culture faces many serious problems as multi management, low efficiency, lack of legislation, poor supervision and technology, absence of famous brand, excess channels and the insufficient contents. In an effort to change the situation, it must be done to coordinate the management sectors; clarify obligations, rights and interests ; stipulate complete law and legislations; strengthen the supervision on market ; promote the R&D of core technolo- gy; create famous brand; inspire the integration of technological and cultural innovation so as to realize the rapid and healthy develop- ment of the contents to inherit and carry forward Chinese culture.
