After the industrial civilization, the human society has entrance into a society of ecological civilization in the 21st cen- tury. Focusing on nature, pursuing harmony between man and nature, and realization of sustainable development are the notable sym- bols of these days. The concept of ecological civilization provides an important theoretical guidance to the ecological construction and e- conomic spans development of Guangxi at the critical period of exploring the realization of harmonious development of man and nature, man and society. This kind of thinking will endow an important enlightenment for civilized ecological system and realization of construc- tion of socialism harmonious society.
