摘要
针对高校内部各院系的大学生就业率排名方法单一的诸多弊端,引入激励(惩罚)特征的就业率动态综合评价方法,以院系分类为基础进行就业率综合评价排名。结果表明,通过该方法进行的就业率综合排名能够较好地反映学校内部各院系的专业特点,使评价者更好地看到各个学院的就业工作态势,起到了很好的激励和惩罚作用,使就业评估更科学、合理,推动了就业工作的良性发展。
According to the internal departments of university graduates of a single ranking method of defects and introduce incen- tive (penalty) the employment of dynamic characteristics of eomprehensive evaluation method, it is the basis of classification in college comprehensive list employment ratio. The result indicates, through the method of the employment ratio of integrated rank to better reac- tion inside the school departments of the professional characteristics, make the better see each college employment situation, and play a good incentive and penalty in the role of the employment more scientific and reasonable evaluation, and promote the employment of the benign development.
