摘要
雷公藤具有抗炎、抗免疫、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,是我国的一味传统中药,临床上广泛用于治疗类风湿性关节炎和慢性肾炎等自身免疫性疾病。综述了雷公藤的活性成分、药理作用、毒副作用及其解决方法,并指出雷公藤研究的发展方向。
Tripterygium wilfordii, having anti-inflammatory, immunity, anti-tumor and other pharmaco-logical activities in it,is one of the traditional Chinese medicines. In China, it has been widely used in clinic for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases such as chronic nephritis. The research of active components, pharmacological action, toxicity and side effects and their solutions of Tripterygium wil- fordii are reviewed in the article, and its development direction is pointed out.
