摘要
采用硝酸分解氧化的方法将BI废液中己酸过氧化氢转化为己二酸,考察了相关因素对分解反应和氧化反应的影响。结果表明:选用硝酸作为分解氧化剂,在HNO3与己酸过氧化氢的摩尔比为4∶1、分解温度为85~90℃、分解时间为2.0h时,己酸过氧化氢转化为羟基己酸的转化率达到98%以上;在真空度为0.061MPa、氧化温度为90℃、氧化时间为2.0h、连续滴加的方式下,控制产物最终含水量在40%,羟基己酸氧化生成己二酸的转化率达到95%以上。
Hydroperoxyhexanoic acid in BI waste liquor was oxidated to adipic acid with nitric acid. The effects of the influential factors on decomposition reaction and oxidation reaction were investigated. The results indicated that choosing nitric acid as decomposition oxidant, when molar ratio of HNO3 to hydroperoxyhexanoic acid was 4:1, decom- position temperature was 85-90 ℃ and decomposition time was 2. 0 h, the conversion rate oJf hydroperoxyhexanoic acid to hydroxyhexanoic acid reached up to 98% when the vacuum degree was 0. 061 MPa, oxidation temperature was 90℃, oxidation time was 2. 0 h , with continuous dropping of nitric acid and water content of about 40% in the final product,the conversion rate of hydroxyhexanoic acid to adiDic acid reached more than 95%.
