摘要
以四苯基卟啉(TPP)为起始物,通过金属插入反应,获得FeTPP、ZnTPP、CoTPP、MnTPP。以合成的金属卟啉为检测器,测定了其检测甲苯浓度的检测限及灵敏度。结果发现,CoTPP检测甲苯的响应特征较明显、检测限低、特异性强、灵敏度高,MnTPP、ZnTPP次之,FeTPP最差。
Four metalloporphyrins, including FeTPP, ZnTPP, CoTPP and MnTPP were synthesized through metal insertion reaction on 5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrin(TPP). Using metalloporphyrins as detector, their detection limit and sensitivity for toluene were determined. It was found that CoTPP was the best detector with low detection limit,high sensitivity and ideal specificity, MnTPP and ZnTPP were the second and FeTPP was the worst one.
